Yes, I also thought of the overvoltage PSU failure you had.
Your chosen icon for the above comment is appropriate ;)

So it's not just Dothill disc arrays which catch fire^W^Wexperience thermal events. Dothills do (one batch did, more accurately) so from shoddy manufacturing, however.
