Very cool. This takes a bit of the sting out of me not having gotten around to scheduling my vacation to coincide with the exim conf/ukuug. If we cross paths when I'm in Cam, I'll buy you a pint!

Superb Exim paper, thank you very much. I happen to be setting up an Exim server right now, and many of your suggestions are going to come in quite useful - even though it's a somewhat smaller site than Cambridge.

Minor oddity: your "fi" ligatures seem to be getting laid out with the wrong width, at least on my system.

I think my font metrics might be slightly screwy. Ghostscript displays an ffi ligature for "difficulty" in the ukuug paper's abstract but xpdf doesn't. They both look OK, however. *shrug* I'll be using TeX in the future :-)
