    8 years later and bind9 still reporting this as an error... any way for an end-user to have bind9 ignore this specific error?

    Named and optional function arguments in C99
    I've been thinking of ways to add named parameters to C for some time. This is a nice solution for existing compilers.

    It's too bad about the use of CPP though.

    So of course I copied one of the dates wrong. The first leap second I have is actually 1958-12-31 (not 1959) where the TAI-UTC difference is 0.472s, close to the ideal insertion point of 0.5s.
